The family-owned company Blum manufactures lift, hinge, pocket and pull-out systems for furniture that are installed in furniture all over the world. 
Did you know that, in addition to our fittings, we at Blum also develop and assemble processing aids for our customers?  For these processing aids, we require extensive technical documents in which we focus on the respective customer segment and their needs so that customers can operate our interesting machines and devices without any problems and we thus minimise the risk of misuse or later complaints.

YOU

• create and maintain operating and assembly instructions for our processing aids using tools like Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (2D/3D), considering relevant laws, norms, and guidelines
• as a technical writer, you share responsibility for creating and maintaining the spare parts catalog using the CATALOGcreator editorial system
• research information for technical documentation in close collaboration with internal departments
• coordinate and oversee the translations of technical documentation, working with the internal translation office

WE

• value solid knowledge – you have training as a technical writer or possess technical understanding and enjoy creating technical documents. We also welcome career changers with substantial technical knowledge
