The family-owned company Blum manufactures hinge, hinge, pull-out, and pocket systems that are incorporated into furniture worldwide. Did you know that in the “Mechatronics” department, we develop mechatronic products and take responsibility for them from concept to product launch? This involves exciting tasks ranging from hardware development and firmware to electromechanics and PLC programming. We place great importance on learning on the job, allowing you to apply what you’ve learned directly from your studies to practical situations.

YOU

• design, realise and develop circuits/controllers as well as firmware components for our mechatronic products
• define component, assembly and system tests for our hardware and determine their test specifications
• have a keen interest in mechatronics, electrical engineering and mechanics
• clarify detailed technical requirements in our team and translate these into professional solutions
• are interested in combining work and study
