Blum manufactures hinge, hinge, pull-out, and pocket systems for furniture, which are delivered to over 120 markets. Did you know that as a trainee, you start directly with an unlimited contract and during your one-year training period, you will be involved in various departments in the finance and controlling area? This way, you will learn about the connections and the respective tasks. Together, we will define your long-term area of deployment towards the end of your training period.

YOU

• start a one-year trainee programme in Finance and Controlling (FC) in autumn 2024 and prepare yourself for a long-term career with us
• will gain in-depth insights into all topics in the FC area and thus gain clarity about which areas of responsibility suit you and where you would like to work in the future 
• will be supervised by experts who will take plenty of time for you and provide you with intensive training
• support us in our day-to-day business - both independently and as a part of our team

WE

• are looking for someone with a background in business administration, motivation, and a completed degree. Professional experience is advantageous

• Excellent German language skills are a prerequisite, but proficiency in English is also important since we operate globally
