• oversee the entire lifecycle of our digital services for our customers
• collaborate with experts to create a marketing strategy and the corresponding roadmap, coordinating its implementation
• gather requirements for the services based on customer feedback and prioritize them together with your colleagues in product management
• create and analyze user statistics, deriving necessary actions from the insights
