Blum manufactures lift, hinge, pocket and pull-out systems for furniture that are supplied to over 120 markets.  Did you know that we are constantly optimising the development of new products in order to always be a reliable partner for our customers through standardisation and stable market launches? Our Product Innovation Process (PIP) process management team is currently being set up. The aim is to support our areas around the process and to manage the development of the process worldwide.

YOU

• drive process changes and support their implementation across the entire organization
• enthusiastically develop creative concepts for handling knowledge, while also networking with others to avoid reinventing the wheel
• actively listen to the needs of your colleagues in product development and support them as part of the team responsible for knowledge management, training coordination, process, and project management
• collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensure processes align with business needs, document results, and disseminate them to the team

WE

• are looking for a communicative, open, and innovative individual with enthusiasm for processes and knowledge management
• value a solid education – relevant qualifications (such as a degree with a focus on Business Process Management or similar) and/or professional experience in process or knowledge management are advantageous

• operate globally – convincing communication in both German and English is essential
