Our Product Innovation Process (PIP) Process Management Team is in the process of being established. The goal is to support our areas related to the process and steer the process development globally.

As a Process Owner, you strategically oversee and lead improvements in the product innovation process, aligning them with company objectives.

YOU

• drive process changes and support implementation across the entire organization
• collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that processes align with business needs
• establish process performance metrics and monitor them to identify areas for optimization
• introduce new work methods and organizational structures for the process organization

WE

• are seeking a communicative, open, and innovative personality with enthusiasm for processes and solutions
• value quality education – you should have relevant training (such as a degree with a focus on Business Process Management or equivalent) and/or professional experience in process management
• operate globally, convincing communication in both German and English is essential
• desire someone with strong social and methodological competence, assertiveness, and adaptability to set priorities
